I've finally booked myself onto a cupcake decorating course, I will be learning from the wonderful Bath Cake Company in a week or so. Cameras are allowed, so look forward to a blog post from me then.
Whilst I was there paying for the course, I couldn't help but purchase a couple more of their amazing cupcakes to try. Fudge and Lemon.
The Fudge cupcake had a lovely sponge and very tasty fudge pieces on top.
The Lemon cupcake had a surprising bit of lemon curd in the middle.
I think you can guess from my last post what the rating will be for these...
